Biographical history

Dr. Leonard Charles Ham was a Canadian archaeologist specializing in research on archaeology in British Columbia. He completed his MA Thesis on Shuswap settlement patterns at the Simon Fraser University in 1975. He graduated with his PhD in 1982, after writing a dissertation that focused on the Crescent Beach site and shell middens. Dr. Ham went on to run his own consulting business and participate in the cultural resource management sector in B.C. He lived in Delta and passed away in 2016 at the age of 69.

This paper was written as part of the coursework for two courses at the University of British Columbia: Geography 315, instructed by Mrs. North, and Anthropology 305, instructed by Dr. Pearson. This paper shows annotations characteristic of Charles Borden after the photocopy had been made. It includes many maps and tables.
