Administrative history
The Archaeological Society of British Columbia is BC-based charitable organization that serves to promote awareness and education about archaeology in the province. Founded in 1966, the ASBC historically promoted volunteer and non-university led excavations at several archaeological sites across British Columbia. This practice has since been discontinued and today the ASBC is most well-known for their quarterly journal, The Midden, as well as educational initiatives like lecture series and school talks.

Scope and content
This series contains administrative forms and notes pertaining to the excavations carried out by the ASBC at DgRs-9 ća·yǝm (Tsawwassen Beach) sites. Forms include: the permit application which indicates that the final disposition of materials be made to UBC; correspondence; notes and land registry search forms.
