This file contains a copy of the Iskut Road Project, Interim final report. The report details the heritage resource overview and field reconnaissance for the Iskut Road Project which was carried out under HCA Permit 1990-102. The interim final report includes conversations held with community members, Chief Louie Louie and Ms. Carlick from the Iskut Band discussing concerns regarding the project whereby they determined that the Iskut Band did not have any significant heritage concerns in the valley of the Iskut
River downstream from the Ningunsaw River, but did assert that the Iskut people formerly travelled down the Ningunsaw River to the Iskut River as part of a seasonal round that included the upper Iskut and Klappan river drainages.
